Emotion Flash Cards

These cards are for all humans who want to live happier, less anxious, and with better relationships.

Emotion Flash Cards for therapists/counsellors/social workers/schools/parents and anyone interested in educating and helping their children identify their emotions.

Children and young people can sometimes find it hard to correctly verbalise how they may be feeling at certain times and may be unable to find the right words or emotions they are experiencing. These cards have been created with that in mind and include the title of the emotion and a conversation starter question about the emotion on the back.

The cards are A6 sized on 350gsm cards. The emotions included are: Anxious, Peaceful, Hurt, Angry, Sad, Happy, Worried, Supported, Adventurous, Shame, Tired, Sleepy, Amazed, Quiet, Loud, Pained, Embarrassed, Furious, Joyful, Excited, Disappointed, Miserable, Flat, Confused, Frustrated, Loved, Uneasy, Appreciated, Cared for and Surprised.

 On the back features 1 of 4 different conversation starter questions:

Can you remember a time when you felt this way?

How did this feel in your body? 

How would you recognise this if you felt this way again? 

Think about what this feeling would be if it was a colour ?
